Clicking the podcast episode in Mobile iTunes is better than just streaming from Safari IMO. I've tried streaming from Safari in the past, and it's been really unreliable even over Wifi. Plus, when trying to do other things, Safari crashes.

When you say that you're streaming it, where is the stream coming from? Are you clicking the episode in the podcast directory, or just streaming the mp3 from the podcaster's server via Safari?

Okay, one downside is that I can't get it to strem over EDGE. (At least not T-Mobile's EDGE.) If it doesn't work over EDGE, it's no good for me. D:

Yeah, the weird thing is that I was on Wi-Fi and it wouldn't let me download, just stream. Still, it's awesome being able to get podcasts on the go. :D I might just have to get rid of having podcasts on my iPhone. Lots more room then...

I totally have to agree with you on this one. Although I don't get 3G where I live, I do have wifi at both of my houses, so the 10MB restriction isn't really an issue for me either. And, like you said, the streaming works well enough that you don't even need to download the podcast. You summed it up perfectly, Apple did outsmart AT&T, and that's awesome.
